Autumn has officially arrived and with it comes the Fantastic Colors of Fall.... Rich Reds, Burnt Oranges, Fiery Yellow's....

It is interesting to note that these vegetables that radiate the colours of the sun have the ingredients within them to help with the damage caused by the sun.

Vitamin A (Retinol)- which is as we know used for many different skin issues .

Beta Carotene - that is wonderful for delaying cognitive aging and for protecting your skin from damage caused by the sun good for eye health. Beta Carotene is also good for eye health.

Vitamin C- helps rebuild collagen in our skin. It is an antioxidant  that boosts our immune systems and protects against cardiovascular disease.

Orange vegetables and fruit also contain zeaxanthin, flavonoids, lycopene, and potassium.

Listed below are a few of the other benefits to our bodies by way of orange fruit and vegetables:
  • Aids in eye health and reduces the risk of macular degeneration of the eye
  • Reduces the risk of prostate cancer
